Contact Premier Homecare Services in KW, Guelph and Cambridge
Steve’s first experience with this line of work came out of necessity when his mother-in-law was first diagnosed a few years ago. Along with his wife, the team quickly became very familiar with Alzheimer’s and dementia, volunteering and taking courses whenever they could to improve their knowledge.
During this time, Steve was drawn into the very real satisfaction of helping people who need it most. Whether it’s in the form of a terminal illness or just helping someone until they make a full recovery from an injury, being able to provide home care was the spark Steve needed to inquire about owning a Premier Homecare Services location.

On behalf of my parents and family, thank you very much for the excellent and caring home care that Premier Homecare Services has provided for the last several years. Your staff’s diligence, courteousness and dependability has enhanced the quality of life and facilitated my parent’s desire to remain independent. Your sensitivity, approachability and professionalism are assets to your community and I would readily recommend your service to our friends.
I am writing on behalf of myself and my sisters, to express our gratitude to Premier Homecare Services, for the services provided to our mother, the late K. Hubbard. With the caring help and support of your staff, along with members of the CCAC team, Mom was able to realize her hope of remaining in her home during her long battle with lung cancer.
I wanted to take a moment to follow up with you regarding my clients who I referred you to on June 28th. Mom was in respite care and wanted to return home so in speaking with them, I recommended Premier Homecare Services as an option to provide the additional support she would need. The family met with you and after a wonderful meeting, services began on July 10th.
I just followed up with this family and they couldn’t be happier. Mom has two workers, Sonia and Patricia and she is so delighted with these ladies. Both are attentive, caring and go that step above to ensure Mom has everything she needs. Already, Mom has improved so wonderfully and the family is very grateful for the exceptional service your company has provided.
On behalf of my clients and myself, thank you for going above and beyond in not only providing the service but in also showing how much you care about the families you help every day!!
On behalf of the Centre and its members, I would like to thank you so much for organizing the Lunch & Learn last Friday. The event was a big success with over 40 people in attendance. The presentations were excellent (members are still commenting on how informative you all were) and the food was great! You did a superb job of putting it all together.
I wanted to extend a thank you for your hard work last week in scheduling the on-camera interview with me for Spoke TV. I had a wonderful time getting know you, Lisa and Michelle, and I thank you for your heartfelt and sincere input to the work I am currently doing. In the coming days our episode will air on spoketv.ca, where you can see the piece. Heads up – I wasn’t aware of my time restraints, so the worlds of information you have provided me with will appear in a more all-encompassing way in print form on digitaljournal.com. I will notify you when it runs online. Thank you again for your time and for all you do in our community. You are all shining stars!
Thank you for the care and consideration you took arranging for a companion for Oma during our son’s wedding. From our initial interview, we were confident in your ability to meet our needs and Oma’s need for this special day. You assured us that you were attuned to the needs and challenges of the elderly. Your visits with Oma gave her the confidence in the plans we had made. Bonnie was pleasant company for us all during that special day and respectfully attentive to Oma’s needs.
