"Margie worked at first in my parents' home, then at a hospital, and finally Nursing Home. Her primary role was as caregiver for my 89-year old mother who is physically well, but suffers from dementia. Everyone in the family has been genuinely pleased with the care and personal support provided to my mother. Margie showed herself to be exceptionally dependable, competent, respectful and kind. Margie anticipated needs, was sensitive to the impact of Mom's illness on my father, and was effective at distracting and re-directing my mother during difficult periods earlier in her disease. In brief, Margie cared for Mom as well or better than a member of the family could, and proved a stalwart and reliable companion and helper even in difficult situations. Margie's role was enhanced by the availability of Sally to fill in one evening a week. Sally fitted in seamlessly, providing reliable and personal care that went beyond her duties. With these two ladies to provide daily coverage the family was able to enjoy our time with Mom to a much greater extent.”
