What is your selection process for caregivers?

We have a thorough multi-step selection process. First, we conduct a telephone interview asking specific questions. Second, we have a face to face interview with the candidate being interviewed, by no less than two people. Third, we conduct an in-depth criminal background check (including vulnerable sector search). Fourth, we check a minimum of two professional business references and finally, we have the successful candidate attend our new employee orientation. This is all before assigning them with a client.
