OUR SERVICE
Will we have to sign a contract?
No, our clients are not bound to a contract. We have Service Agreements which outline
the care plan and request the client give two weeks notice for changes to service except in certain circumstances.
Is there a minimum number of hours for service?
Yes, the minimum scheduling time is 3 hours/ one day a week.
How is the Billing
handled?
Invoicing is run every other
week and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. GST is outlined on the invoice.
Do you have clients
with Alzheimer & Dementia?
Yes, in fact, we specialize in Alzheimer Disease and Dementia care! We have caregivers with the specific training
skills and experience needed to help those with special needs.
Would a caregiver be able
to drive my own car?
Yes. Our caregivers are bonded and insured
under Premier Homecare Services, and many have valid driver's licenses and personal insurance. We also complete thorough
Driver Motor Vehicle (DMV) background checks, so you can be ensured they have a clean record.
What if I only want care as I come out of the hospital?
That is fine, we will work with you to suit your unique needs. We can provide our premier care for a short period
of time assisting you in coming back to your home.
Do you provide respite?
Yes, respite is care that is provided to give the primary caregiver, usually a spouse or child, a break from their
role. This could be on a weekly schedule to look forward to or even to provide care while on vacation. It
is important that primary caregivers get a break, and respite care allows them to care for themselves too.
Do you provide palliative care?
Yes, our non-medical services can make the final transitions of life at home easier. Our caregivers have the
sensitivity, compassion and experience to handle end-of-life situations.
Do you have any information you can send me?
We have a detailed information package we can send to both potential clients and health professionals. Please
contact us to request this package.

are involved in an extensive variety of seminars, conferences and non-profit fundraisers ranging from Fall Prevention,
health seminars in the hospitals, Fire Prevention, Alzheimer's and Dementia, Seniors Days and Events, Women's Health
Matters and more...

Yes, we are Canadian owned and operated with a strong commitment
to the communities we work and live in.
Are you a CCAC?
No, we are not directly affiliated with a Community Care Access Centre.
We are a private company providing a high level of quality care to our clients and their families in Toronto and the GTA.
We often provide "top-up" care to our clients who receive CCAC but aren't finding it provides enough time. Our goal
is to work with all of your health care and service providers to make your life more independent and create a greater sense
of well-being.
