Square One Seniors Wellness Services will be offering FREE Health Presentations in order to kick of Seniors' Month on Tuesday, June 1st from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. Presentations will be on Community Connections by Ontario 211 Services Corporation and Memory and Stress by The credit Valley Hospital. There will be free Services For Seniors Guides, door prizes and refreshments.
