The Square One Seniors Wellness Services is hosted a FREE Senior's Information and Active Living fair on Thursday, March 25th and Friday, March 26th at the Square One Older Adult Centre which is located on the lower level of the Square One Shopping Centre.

This is an annual FREE event for people who are 50+, or have a senior family member/friend or work with seniors. There was more than 30 different community organizations and services represented daily. On Thursday there was a health clinic, Square One Older Adult Centre program demonstrations, a pianist, refreshments, participant bags, chances to win door prizes and presentations on Seven Steps to Health and Taking Charge of your Brain Health. On Friday there was foot care assessments, and presentations on Bone Health and Osteoporosis and Vital Information on the New HST.
