Our President, David J. Watson was inspired to start a homecare business while assisting his mother, father, and in-laws through their life transitions. While researching his options for his mother’s care and not finding the quality of services that best suited his families’ needs, David realized he could make a difference, not just in the senior care industry, but by providing reliable and compassionate services for people of all ages.
Premier Homecare Services was founded in November 2003. With a strong commitment to community based resources and education, and most especially a commitment to PREMIER customer service, Premier Homecare Services quickly became known as a professional and reliable home care company where all clients are made to feel like family.

Our in home care allows seniors to remain independent in their homes for as long as possible. We provide compassionate care at home and personalized eldercare services designed to help seniors and their families with important decisions through life's transitions. We carefully match our caregivers to your specific homecare needs, and personally introduce you to each new caregiver.
We recognize that among the elderly, persons with disabilities, and anyone else for that matter, there is a growing desirability, and increasing need, to receive respectful and liberating self-directed care at home, wherever home is.
We envision a homecare revolution, a future where private homecare providers led by Premier Homecare Services cooperate seamlessly with not-for-profit and public organizations and professionals to provide widely accessible, self-directed and liberating in-home care services across the social continuum.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to help seniors remain in their own home as long as possible. We seek to improve the quality of senior life through dependable, caring service and thereby protect the dignity of seniors amid the decline of their physical and mental faculties. We further commit ourselves to assist the families of seniors who struggle with their complex responsibilities while caring for elder parents or relatives.

Accreditation Canada – An Elite Industry Standard
We are a Canadian owned and operated company with a commitment to giving respect and independence to the elders in our communities.
In early 2010, Premier Homecare Services successfully underwent a comprehensive assessment by Accreditation Canada in order to achieve the industry elite standard. A number of franchise office locations across Ontario and British Columbia were successful in achieving their Accreditation status, either for the first time or as a renewal.
The success of this assessment was no small order and demanded months and months of painstaking preparation across the system. Its completion demonstrates the professionalism and cooperation of the whole Premier Homecare Services team – employees and franchise owners alike.
